As subject of researches in the scientific article problems of instrument and methodical equipment of the monitoring system and monitoring of dangerous and harmful production factors of the enterprises of mechanical engineering act. For the solution of an objective the technique of a choice of measuring instruments uniting achievements of fundamental analytical chemistry and practical experience of test laboratories is offered. Leaning on the offered technique, the function chart of the mobile control and measuring complex intended for an assessment of the physical production factors and the chemical polluting substances in air of a working zone determined by express method is developed. The devices which are a part of a mobile control and measuring complex completely cover the list of indicators of the harmful production factors controlled in the course of production control and a special assessment of working conditions. The function chart of a mobile control and measuring complex has a flexible configuration, is capable to be modernized depending on parameters of objects of control and technical novelties in the field of instrument making.
