The development of the construction industry has both positive aspects of a social and economic nature, and negative ones - associated with an increase in the number of accidents, low quality of construction and installation work and the emergence of disputes between participants in construction production. The resolution of conflict situations arising in the construction industry between business entities is possible with the use of special construction and technical knowledge. One of the most demanded forms of application of such knowledge is judicial construction and technical expertise.
