About the presence of significant unevenness in the training of highly qualified personnel in various fields of knowledge
Incoming article date: 07.11.2018Based on the provided system analysis, a significant unevenness in the distribution of the number of Academic dissertation councils attributable to existing specialties has been established. It is shown that one group of specialties accounts for from 30 to 110 Academic dissertation councils, while for some others - from 1 to 3.
