The necessity of creating a new world currency within the framework of the implementation of the global policy of society development is substantiated. The problems of financial transformations and the potential of large countries of the world are revealed. The leading role of Russia in the development of a scenario of a fair moral concept of governance is shown. The consequences of the introduction of Amero in the implementation of currency exchange operations in the United States of America and other countries of the world are considered. The article analyzes information about the problems associated with the US dollar and its impact on the sovereignty of developing countries of the world. The possibilities of the development strategy are explored and a new architecture of the financial system is presented. It is proposed to carry out all world calculations in ruble equivalent.
