An integrated approach to assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise
Incoming article date: 09.06.2023The article presents an integrated approach to assessing the competitiveness of a scientific production enterprise. The methodology includes an analysis of seven key performance indicators of an enterprise that have the greatest impact on its competitiveness: product competitiveness, staffing, reputation, innovation potential, sales activities, internal organization, partnerships. As a result of the study, recommendations were formulated aimed at the formation and strengthening of competitive advantages.
