  • Efficiency of the collection, transmission and display system Information of the communication node

The effectiveness of the system for collecting, transmitting and displaying communication node information in the Pareto-logarithm decision-making system is discussed. A decision formalism is proposed to test a simple hypothesis on a system for collecting, receiving and transmitting information. It is based on the presentation of penalty and cognitive functions of the decision-making system of various species, then the phenomenon of fighting antagonistic systems is considered and the time of compromise is established. All models discussed only consider two-parameter families of penalty and cognitive functions. It is worth stressing that the classical formalism of decision-making theory stops at the problems of choosing from a family of some alternatives. Objective forms of decision-making, which are widely known in Bayesian ideology, are widespread

  • The method of intellectualization of measurement procedures based on the use of adaptive models of dynamic processes of the combined maximum principle and the theory of regularization

A method for the intellectualization of measurement procedures has been developed. It is based on the step-by-step optimization procedure, which provides a reduction of the stochastic estimation problem to a number of deterministic problems. The task of the first stage of optimization is the synthesis of an adaptive mathematical model of the measuring process based on the combined principle of maximum, which, unlike the known methods, will ensure the constructiveness of its use in the next stages of optimization. The task of the subsequent stages of optimization is to solve the estimation problem based on the regularization method A.N. Tikhonov. Equations of an iterative measurement procedure are obtained that differ from the state transition vector functions known in structure. It belongs to the category of intelligent measuring procedures, since it makes a targeted choice of the closest to the true value of the assessment of the measured parameter in the conditions of structural uncertainty of the model of the studied object and parametric uncertainty of the observation model.

  • Trend analysis of maximum annual mean wind velocities in Krasnodar Krai

Paper considers maximum annual values of mean wind velocity in all plain and piedmont regions of Krasnodar Krai, which served as the basis for design values of wind loads on buildings in local code SNKK “Loads and Actions. Snow Loads and Wind Actions”. Time series of anemometric measurements of wind velocities are analyzed from the beginning of 1970s to 2012 extended by 13 years as compared to the time series used for developing this code. For detecting the significance of the linear trend of wind velocity maximums inversion criterion was employed. Calculations were performed for the data of anemometric wind velocity measurements on 29 meteorological stations uniformly distributed over a territory of the region. They showed that significant trend of increase of wind velocity with the high level of statistical certainty 0,95 is present only in two cases. In half of the rest cases trend is descending, in another half trend is statistically insignificant as well as mostly descending. Average decrease of wind velocity is 30%.

  • Strength characteristics of heavy-weight and sand basalt-fiber concretes

The main features of the technology of continuous basalt fiber production at the «NPO Vulkan» (LLC, Perm, Russia) are given. As raw materials the study has been used CEM I 42,5 N (activity 45,1 MPa), natural sand with a fineness modulus of 2.3, gravel of dense gabbro-igneous rocks (size up to 20 mm), basalt fiber length of 6 mm and diameter 11 microns production "NPO Vulcan" (LLC, Perm, Russia). It is shown that the optimal limits of the introduction of fiber into the mixture of sand concrete can be considered 0.1-0.2% by weight of cement, which leads to an increase in compressive strength up to 70% and bending strength up to 35%. A further increase in the fiber content to 0.9% leads to a decrease in compressive strength to 27% compared to the control values.

  • Simulating wind loads on unique buildings in SolidWorks

During designing unique buildings, great attention is paid to the correct setting of operational loads. When determining the wind load for particularly difficult cases, it is proposed to blow models of objects in a wind tunnel. In the case of using virtual models, the main tool is the ANSYS complex. This complex belongs to the "heavy" scientific programs, therefore, for building structures, the SolidWorks software package can be convenient. The article describes the simulation of variable height wind impact on a unique building in this program. The loading of a three-dimensional model of a high-rise building with cantilevered floors was carried out and the law of distribution of static pressure on a complex object was established by blowing the model in a virtual wind tunnel. In this case, the modeling process itself is simpler and more convenient than in ANSYS.

  • Deformation and strength properties of cement-ash concrete with the addition of microquartz

The possibility of reducing the excessive strength of self-compacting high-strength concrete for use in general construction was investigated. As a cement for such concrete, a cement-ash binder was studied, part of which was replaced by an inert mineral additive - microquatz, obtained by grinding quartz sand. It was established that the studied additive at a dosage of up to 30% does not allow to reduce the strength of concrete to the values characteristic of general purpose concrete. It has been experimentally shown that the replacement of a part of the binder with microquartz does not significantly affect the initial modulus of elasticity, but significantly reduces the fast-flowing creep
