  • Renovation as a form of modernization of urban areas

    Cities around the world lack land resources, despite the fact that the housing stock is in a state of extreme deterioration. The solution to this problem becomes such a concept as renovation - the process of updating urban space. This mechanism is currently provided for in the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation, but for a number of reasons its implementation in practice is limited. Renovation is necessary in the prevailing conditions of the modern world in order to adapt the spaces of former industrial zones for their use in an already new format. The vast majority of industrial companies cease to operate within cities, and their territories turn into neglected neglected development, isolated from the urban social environment. The authors of this article reviewed and analyzed the benefits of implementing renovation programs for residents of the Russian Federation.

  • Evaluation of residual deflections of partially prestressed beams after low-cycle impacts

    Operational characteristics of reinforced concrete bending elements under low-cycle impact are considered. The residual deformations and deflections of partially prestressed structures exposed to repeated static loads are investigated, the dependences for estimating the residual deformations and deflections of partially prestressed structures under the action of low-cycle loads are Given. On the basis of the analysis, the dependence of the relative increase in deflections on the coefficient of partial prestressing with repeated application of static loads was established.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

    The article considers the urgent problem of minimizing the negative environmental impact of the construction process. The values ​​of maximum and gross emissions into the environment during the construction of the facility are calculated, a set of measures is proposed that reduce the level of negative environmental impact during the implementation of the construction project. Practical recommendations on the organization of construction production taking into account environmental indicators have been developed.

  • Analysis of the implementation of individual elements of the state program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment" in the Rostov region

    Currently, special attention is paid to creating a comfortable urban environment, as a result of this there is a need to create projects that contribute to improving the quality of life of the population. In this paper, we consider two subprograms of the Rostov region: "Improvement of public territories of municipalities of the Rostov region" and "Improvement of the courtyards of apartment buildings in the Rostov region", operating under the state program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment."   • Strength of reinforced concrete bending elements with additional high-strength reinforcement without adhesion to concrete

    The article discusses the impact of high-strength reinforcement without adhesion to concrete on the strength of reinforced concrete floors. It was revealed that the rebound created by the prestressing force is distributed along the length of the element in accordance with the trajectory of the reinforcement laying. An analytical dependence has been obtained that allows one to quantify the decrease in positive moments depending on the magnitude of the load and relative deflections. The graphs of the dependence of the reduction of positive moments due to the resistance of the cables to the load and relative deflections are constructed. It is established that the influence of relative deflections on the decrease in moments does not depend on the magnitude of the external load. The main factors for reducing the positive aspects are the initial eccentricity and the deflection acquired during operation. The results can be used in the design of plates and beams using prestressed reinforcement without adhesion to concrete.

    The article presents materials on the study of increasing the operational life of steel ropes. The methods of lubrication of steel ropes, as well as the resistance characteristics of the applied lubricants, under various operating conditions, were studied. An experimental study of the effect of molybdenum disulfide on the operational characteristics of steel ropes. The concept of a useful model for the formation of a surface layer of a solid lubricant coating based on molybdenum disulfide on steel ropes in the process of their production is proposed.the mode of operation of the Elevator equipment in each cycle.   • On determination of aerodynamic parameters of drying dispersed waste materials in a filter-fluidized bed apparatus

    he article is devoted to the question of selection of aerodynamic parameters of drying in the apparatus of the filtered-fluidized bed of dispersed particles – carbon-black containing wastes materials and granules of sodium salts in solution of modeling problems. The design of the studied gas pressure distribution grid fluidized bed of dispersed materials of the tray kind provides the possibility to efficiently fulfill the drying process at relatively low speeds of the drying agent. It is allowed to reduce the removal of particles of material from the bed and its exhaust into the atmosphere. The average flow rate of gas motion and the number of fluidization for the main stages of the filtered-fluidized bed of the studied materials and aerodynamic parameters (drop pressure losses) are determined. It was found the fluidization number in the range 1.25-1.5 and the bed height was about 0.25 m. The total aerodynamic drop pressure losses of the dispersed materials’ bed and had acceptable meanings within range from 90 to 130 kg / m2. For the recommended range the coefficient was equal 30-45. Data were obtained on the phases of fluidization, the values of the aerodynamic parameters of drying, and the areas of operating conditions that provide a fairly uniform circulation of the material in the layer and reliable operation of the apparatus.

  • Highly effective plasticizing additives with nanostructures for modifying the properties of cement mixtures, mortars and concrete

    The article discusses the possibility of increasing the rheological properties of cement raw mixes for concrete and mortar by modifying them with plasticizing additives with metal / carbon nanostructures, manufactured by SIC IEMZ Kupol JSC. The introduction of ultra-small amounts of nanostructures into a plasticizer based on polycarboxylate esters contributes to an additional 20–40% increase in the rheological ability of plasticized cement raw mixes.

  • The study of the fine dust particles distribution in the working area of ​​construction processes

    This article deals with the study of the characteristics of fine dust particles released on the construction site during the production of works using the lognormal distribution in the calculations. Particles of fine dust, less than 10 microns, represent the greatest risk when inhaled, as they can penetrate into the lungs. The study of the granular composition of the dust released in the air of the working area is approximately expressed as a function of the normal distribution curve, when the diameter of the particles is calculated logarithmically. The presented calculations in the article allow us to determine the distribution of dust on the territory of the construction site and identify the boundaries of the sanitary protection zone, when the value of dust at the border of it will correspond to the maximum permissible emissions.

  • Separate concreting in the manufacture of centrifuged reinforced concrete products

    When forming in the process of centrifugation an annular section by the method of ""separate"" concreting with the formation of a section of the product at the first stage from the original, including fine-grained concrete mixture, and with the introduction of a coarse aggregate at the second stage into the formed circular section, followed by the final formation of the section and compaction of the concrete mixture by centrifugation, the speed, calculated for the compaction stage, increases, depending on the section zone, the concrete compressive strength from 20% up to 47%, the initial modulus of elasticity from 6 to 19% relative to single-stage centrifugation. The ratio vint / vext of ultrasonic pulse velocities for surface sounding along the inner (vint) and outer (vext) faces of a centrifuged annular section can be considered as a conditional indicator of the uniformity of the concrete structure over the cross section of a centrifuged product.   • The Venetian Tana in the Middle ages

    The article presents the results of historical and archival research, literary and comparative analyses of Tana - the medieval Italian colony. The colony belonged to the Venetian Republic in the XVI-XV centuries and was located at the mouth of the Don river, in the modern city of Azov. In the article territorial location, boundaries and architectural and spatial structure of the colony are specified. The results of research can be used as a basis for the virtual reconstruction of the Venetian Tana.

  • Synchronization in Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum Systems

    The article conentrates on the problem of synchronization the pseudo-noise sequence in direct sequence spread spectrum systems. Authors propose a method for transmitting information and synchronizing signals on a single carrier frequency, which allows data transmission in complex coditions in radio channel. A brief review of existing solutions for time synchronization direct sequence spread spectrum systems is carried out. The proposed solution is considered in terms of data transmission in broadband systems in the conditions of negative signal-to-noise ratio, while the limitations of the usage of this solution are also considered. A simulation of the scheme that implements the proposed synchronization method is carried out, and the requirements for the signal-to-noise ratio in the information and synchronization channels are determined. The proposed method can find application in systems with code division multiplexing, including modern IoT systems.

  • Study of the effect of surface density and conditions of freezing on abrasion resistance of special water-repellent textile materials

    The article is devoted to the study of abrasion resistance of special textile materials in conditions of cyclic freezing. A research technique has been developed for special water-repellent textile materials to identify their strength characteristics to abrasion, depending on their density and the effect of freezing. Experimental studies of three groups of material samples are presented taking into account their surface density and fibrous composition (natural, mixed and synthetic). The influence of cyclic freezing time on the abrasion resistance of special textile materials is investigated.
