  • Method for developing systems for distributed control of traffic flows based on interconnected agents

The ever-increasing number of vehicles creates a heavy load on the transport network of cities. One of the ways to solve this problem is to develop methods for controlling traffic under existing constraints. The first developments in adaptive transport management began to appear in the mid-eighties of the last century. They were able to positively influence the transport situation of cities and regions. Each of the adaptive control methods has passed a fairly long period before being directly applied, undergoing constant changes and improvements. As a result, systems built on the basis of these methods are being implemented and are still functioning. In order to simplify the processes of development, operation, maintenance and scalability of adaptive transport control systems, to implement the principles of active management to increase the flexibility of such systems in the design and application, a method has been developed for building distributed traffic control systems that allows you to design a system from ready-made blocks and implement it according to the principle plug and play.

  • A structural and morphological approach to modeling transport and transfer complexes as public and business centers of aeropolises on an evolutionary basis

The aim of the study is to develop an "evolutionary model" of a transport interchange complex (TIC) - as a kind of ”growth point" of an aeropolis. Methods of “prognostic” and “structural-morphological” modeling of TIC are used for reasonable planning of the growth and development of the aeropolis. Five intermediate architectural and typological models of the transport and transfer complex have been identified: 1) bus station; 2) bus station with logistics center; 3) intermodal complex station; 4) transport and business center; 5) transport and public complex. Its "structural and morphological units", which include: a) functional components; b) structural and tectonic "units"; c) communication "framework"; d) elements of the growth of the aeropolis. • Influence of external side elements on the condition of the cylindrical mesh shell

The condition of a metal cylindrical mesh shell with external horizontal trusses is investigated. The basic principles of forming the structure are considered, taking into account the use of a support rib to align the faces of a mesh surface. • Analysis of the behavior of a steel beam when exposed to fire

The use of metal structures as load-bearing elements of building frames is incredibly extensive. They are used in all areas, from the construction of bridges to the construction of airports and other equally important facilities. Based on this, it is necessary to design such structures extremely accurately, take into account all possible effects on the elements of the building and lay the necessary safety margins. In turn, fire, as one of the extraordinary loads, must be investigated in all its aspects. From the study of the development of a fire, to the structural analysis of elements exposed to fire. After testing the beam with two methods, it was concluded that the maximum value of the deflection rate in the analysis is 32.6 mm/min, which exceeds the limit value. Since only one limit condition is exceeded, the beam is considered to meet the R30 fire resistance requirement. • Theoretical studies of the effect of mixing intensity on the processes of coagulation water treatment

The factors influencing the process of flocculation during aeration are analyzed. It is determined that the effect is due to the damping of small-scale pulsations of water during mixing, accelerated formation of nuclei of solid phases of coagulant hydrolysis products on the surface of air bubbles due to electrostatic and surface forces, as well as the release of excess amounts of carbon dioxide from the water. Theoretical dependences have been obtained showing that the dose of coagulant injected into the mixer with simultaneous aeration of water is proportional to the concentration of heterophase impurities and inversely proportional to the average particle size of contaminants, the gas saturation of the resulting water-air mixture and the velocity gradient.
