  • " A mixture for the construction and repair of reinforced concrete structures of oil and gas storage facilities"

The article proposes new compositions of a fast-hardening concrete mixture using Portland cement, fine and coarse aggregates, basalt fiber, a complex modifying additive including acetone-formaldehyde resins and magnesium chloride (bischofite). The results of scientific and experimental studies are presented and the influence of the proposed additives on the formation of the structure, rheological and physico-mechanical properties of fast-hardening concrete is determined. Analysis of the test results showed that the proposed formulations, including a complex additive and basalt fiber, contributed to a decrease in the water-cement ratio, increased mobility of the mixture and increased strength of hardened concrete in the early and final hardening periods.

  • Fibroconcrete compositions for floor coverings in the construction of industrial and civil structures

The results of the development of compositions of fibroconcrete floor coverings and the technology of their preparation for use in structures during the construction of industrial and civil structures are presented. The effectiveness of the use of polymer and basalt fiber fibers, as well as plasticizing additives in the manufacture of fine-grained fiber concrete is substantiated. As a result of the conducted experiments, the composition of fine-grained fiber concrete with the use of basalt fibers as fillers is proposed. Based on the calculation of the estimated cost, it was found that the use of fiber fibers in the concrete mixture instead of laying metal mesh allowed to reduce labor costs by about 2 times, reduce the amount of binder, and also improve the performance characteristics of floor coverings by increasing crack resistance and corrosion resistance.

  • Membrane separation of helium from natural gas

This article analyzes the existing methods of obtaining helium at the oil and gas condensate fields of the Russian Federation. The prospects of using membrane technology for obtaining helium from natural gas are considered, based on a comparative assessment of the use of various methods of helium extraction. Taking into account the different permeability of methane and helium, the possibility of using different types of membrane installations for the production of helium is shown. As membrane elements, the greatest effect is obtained from the use of artificial polymer fibers of cellulose acetate, as well as quartz glass. These membrane materials have chemical resistance, including to acid gases that are present in the composition of natural gas, as well as high resistance to temperature amplitudes.

  • Expanded fiber gypsum material

The article discusses the prospects for the development of the combined technology of expanded fiber gypsum material. Based on the literature data, the optimal boundaries of the components were determined. To obtain the optimal composition, complete two-factor experiments were performed with changes in each factor at three levels. The results of the tests were obtained, on the basis of which regression equations were constructed, allowing to predict the characteristics of the resulting material, for the selection of the optimal composition.

  • Projecting and calculations of the oil and gas constructions in 3D system NX siemen

The article contains an analysis of the design and calculation process in the 3d system NX Siemens oil and gas facilities. Research methodology - analysis of scientific literature on a given problem, as well as practical domestic experience. Creation of a 3D model of an oil and gas structure, with the possibility of changing the construction parameters at the design stage. Detailed analysis of the model, which allows you to describe in detail the stages of construction of the structure and selection for each stage of construction of specific equipment and materials. Engineering analysis modules are built into the software solution, built-in solvers are designed to calculate the different operation scenarios of the structures being developed, which make it possible to approach the real conditions of operation of the designed structure. The relevance of the use of the NX Siemens system is due to the complexity of the design of oil and gas structures and the influence of all parameters of the materials and technologies used on the performance indicators during the operation of the oil and gas structure. The same software solution allows you to prepare a complete package of design and technological documentation, prepare tasks for processing parts and materials, and ensure quality control during their manufacture.

  • Concrete for construction of underwater oil and gas facilities

The results of the development of compositions and technologies for their preparation for use in the structures of marine gravity oil and gas production platforms and underwater oil and gas pipelines are presented. The efficiency of using basalt fiber fibers, plasticizing additive "Sika ViscoCrete 5-800" and soot waste from thermal power plants in the manufacture of fine-grained concrete is proved. As a result of the experiments, the strength characteristics of fiber concrete were determined depending on the amount of superplasticizer and soot waste introduced when using equal-moving mixtures.
