  • "Strategies of self-control and communicative representatives of different professions "

    The theme of self-presentation is particularly relevant in today's world, where a person has to exist in a large number of roles implemented them in different areas of life: in the family, at work, in the company, the political arena, and others. The development of skills of self-presentation, the adjustment of its strategies is important for staff management structure. Methodical toolkit: Methodology S.-ZH. Lee and B. Quigley measurement tactics self (Self-presentation tactics scale, S.-J. Lee et al.); Scale of self-monitoring M. Snyder (Self-monitoring scale, M.Snyder). The reliability of the results obtained in the study was provided by using the methods of mathematical statistics: the criterion U-Mann-Whitney test H Kruskal-Wallis test [3]. We used the program Statistica computer processing data 6.0.Strategii self differently distributed in groups of professions related to the different types of professions. The level of communicative control is different in severity presented in this study, groups of professions.

  • Modeling of distributive processes on the basis of dynamic problems of vector optimization

    The dynamic model of continuous distribution process allowing on the basis of sampling in time to reduce the corresponding generalized dynamic task to a problem of vector conditional optimization is considered. By means of optimization of weight coefficients of the scalar criteria encapsulated in criteria rollup on the basis of the generalized functional ratio expressing understanding of an intercriteria compromise the possibility of establishment of the most acceptable quantitative preferences between alternatives is shown. The offered approach allows to regulyarizirovat algorithms of dynamic planning for single-product distribution systems, having eliminated the developed obvious dependence of optimization process and results of adoption of multicriteria decisions on expert procedures and heuristic factors.

  • Improving the quality of bricks semi-dry pressing made on the basis of clay raw materials of the Kagalnik-3 field

    Results of researches on improvement of quality of the brick made of clay Kagalnik-3 raw materials are presented. It is defined that raw materials contain a large number of particles less than 1 mm in size that complicates receiving press powder of the recommended granulometriya. In addition, because of high sensitivity of raw materials to drying, on samples there are drying cracks influencing durability and frost resistance. It is defined that for receiving qualitative products, except softer mode of drying, for increase in physico-mechanical characteristics it is necessary to add the mineral modifying additive to furnace charge, and to carry out preparation of press powder with preliminary plastic granulation of weight.

  • Investigation of surface morphology and electrical silicon film after laser annealing

    Currently, laser annealing are widely used to create a polycrystalline silicon film, which is promising for use in thin film solar cell, and transistors, liquid crystal displays and sensors due to recrystallization of amorphous and nanocrystalline silicon films. The study of morphology and surface conductivity of single-crystal silicon film on a glass substrate by laser annealing power. Laser annealing is carried Nd: YAG laser with a wavelength of 532 nm, speed of movement of the stage with a specimen of 5 mm/s and a laser power ranging from 34 to 86 watts. The laser beam was focused on the sample in the form of a narrow line width of 10 microns and 60 mm in length. The dependence of the size of the nanocrystals and the conductivity of silicon films on the power of the laser annealing radiation. It is shown that the power of the laser radiation in the range of 60 to 70 W is optimal for the best electrical parameters silicon film for the purpose of its use in high-performance thin-film solar cells.

  • About the results of preliminary tests of beams on the transverse force before strengthening them by the composite reinforcement.

    Have been given the substantiation of the need for preliminary testing of concrete beams on the transverse force. Their goal is to determine the effect of inclined cracks formed at the operating load levels, on the efficiency of the composite reinforcement in the near support sections.   The results of these tests, obtained with the shear span 1,5h0; 2h0 and 2,5 h0, that significantly affects the nature of inclined cracks.   • Brush as smart electroengine unit

    The principles of intelligent node of electroengine - brush are discussed. Into the brush an optical fiber sensor of wear and temperature on the basis of serial low reflection fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) is embedded. In contrast to existing, developed sensors are complexed and are able to simultaneously measure the temperature of the shift of the central wavelength of laser radiation reflected by the FBG, the amount of wear by means of registration the change in the length of the FBG arrays. Analysis of the signal reflected from the FBG allows you to define the parameters of the engine speed, temperature changes - the state of brush-collector unit.   • Physicomechanical processes of loading at a driving tunnels depending on characteristics of material

    In article the factors defining efficiency of roadheader technology application of transport tunnels construction are considered. As one of the factors containing growth of carrying out speed of tunnels is the loading part of the combine, in article the analysis of the factors influencing efficiency is made. Stochastic process of interaction with the destroyed mountain weight is considered. The analysis of the developed approaches to determination of executive body loadings productivity with loading paws with a destroyed mountain weightstack is made. Influence of a form of the immersed material particles and geometrical ratios of loading body and average fineness of material particles is analysed. It is revealed that extent of influence of a particles form doesn't exceed the statistical errors arising at research of loading process of lump mountain weight, and geometrical ratios have significant effect on loadings and productivity. When determining loadings it is offered to apply model taking into account linear proportions coefficient, and it is necessary to apply the model considering influence of active volume on formation of system output characteristics to calculation of loading part productivity. Taking into account influence of the described factors, the calculated value of productivity and loadings increases in comparison with the generalized models that confirms expediency of use of the described dependences.
