  • Research of tool life of a tungstenless hard alloy metal on the basis of carbide of the titan in the conditions of cutting

    The results received at research of influence electron beam treatment processings on tool life of a tungstenless hard alloy metal on the basis of TiC with a binding material an alloy Ni-Cr-Al and percentage of the components "basis-binding" 50 – 50% about are presented in the conditions of metal cutting. Influence electron beam treatment of a blanket of samples of the cutting tool insert on technological components of force of cutting when turning cut metal is experimentally revealed.

  • Selection of the optimal structure and method of performing assembly operations

    The practice of using pneumovortical assembly methods has confirmed their high efficiency and reliability. But at using assembly equipment units, first of all orienting-assembly modules (OAM) there were some cases when the part fed to the plate performing rotating-swinging oscillations, didn't reach the seatings meant for it, and sometimes even left the plate. It was accounted for an unfavourable combination of a number of the module's constructive parameters, and also the parameters characterizing its working conditions. So it would be rather timely to analyze orienting-assembly modules with the purpose of revealing such meanings of their parameters, at which parts’ orientation and assembly is carried out with 100 percent reliability, and, if possible, at a minimal time. In other words, the parametric optimization of pneumovortical modules is necessary, and, first of all, of the orienting-assembly ones (OAM).

  • Improving the efficiency of gear cutting

    The effect of ultrasound on the process of cutting fine-grained gears from hard materials - zubodolblenie and tooth regrinding. It is shown that with the introduction into the treatment zone ultrasound is a significant reduction of the cutting force component pz shrinkage chip and the height of asperities. Wear of cutting teeth superimposed ultrasonic vibrations becomes more stable, increased efficiency gear cutting tools.

  • Shutoff pipeline valves with the compensation camera

    In article the design of shutoff pipeline valves of bilateral action which thanks to existence of the compensation camera connected by the channel with an internal cavity of the device possesses high safety in operation at the expense of an exception of probability of a rupture of the case and a cover, expression of a working environment of an internal cavity of the device in environment through consolidations under the influence of excessive pressure in an internal cavity is described.

  • Research of regimes of high-speed anodic dissolution of magnetic alloys parts

    Results of researches of electrochemical machining of Alnico and Х25К15 magnetic alloys are presented. Problems of conventional machining processes (cutting, milling, drilling and grinding) use a sharp cutting tool are noted. The expediency of use NaNO3 of electrolytes at high-speed anodic dissolution of magnetic work piece surfaces has been demonstrated. Agency of chemical and phase composition of magnetic alloys on a landform of a surface after the ECM in нитратных water electrolytes is installed. The gained results of experimental researches allow to control parameters of a technological process with given accuracy and speed of electrochemical machining of parts.

An algorithm has been developed to find a conjugate point, which became the basis for a procedure to determine the profile of a conjugate element, the procedure being the main one for a number of problems of surface generating by rolling for different types of elements.

  • New design of a valves for the main pipeline

    Importance of cooperation of universities with machine-building enterprises from the point of view of an intensification of creation of objects of intellectual property is shown in article. The description of the valve design developed by authors for the main pipeline which allows to provide compensation of excessive pressure in an internal cavity when finding a lock in a closed position and heating of the case of a valve is given. The described design of a valve can be used as shutoff valves on pipelines of nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, main oil and gas pipelines.

  • Experimental investigation on the quality of holes in the multi-layered GFRP-titanium obtained in drilling operations

    The purpose of this work was to study the influence of the structural and geometric parameters of the twist drill on the quality of the processed hole and productivity of machining the high strength polymeric composite material – glass fiber epoxy-based plastics that are reinforced by titanium foil. In the structure of high loaded polymeric composite parts the reinforcing layers made from the titanium foil are used. These titanium layers are placed between layers of the winding unidirectional glass fiber tape or the carbon fiber tape. In order to reach the required dimensional accuracy, the macro- and micro geometry of the hole surfaces, to eliminate the overheat, burning, and delaminations of material, need to use sharp-edged tools, which wear out quickly, and remove the drill from the workpiece at frequent intervals to clean the chips from the flutes of the drill and the hole being drilled. We studied the drilling of glass fiber reinforced laminates at the different schemes of sharpening the drills made from the high-speed steel. We present some experimental results of the optimal feed and speed for the studied twist drills, the dependencies of the highness parameters of roughness, and also characters and degree of delamination at starting and finishing hole for the different tools, feed and cutting speed.

  • An automated method for studying the process of coating

    The possibility of automation research coating process used for fusion welding. Analyzed the main stages of applying different coatings by dipping. The factors affecting the thickness of the coating. The scheme for the study of the complex process of applying protective coatings to the product by dipping method and experimental studies. The results of experimental studies of the effect of speed recovery and relative viscosity on the thickness of the applied coating. Based on the studies found that the coating thickness is not uniform - it is obviously an increase in the length of the product.

  • Development of calculation procedure of residual forming of type parts "bush" by electric resistance surfacing with a wire on outer surfaces

    The paper is concerned with development of calculation procedure of residual forming of type parts "bush" by electric resistance surfacing with a wire (ERSWW) using the finite element method (FEM) based on the theory of non-isothermal plastic flow. The adequacy of the design model is confirmed by the experimental data. The developed calculation procedure of residual forming allows to predict the possible axial and radial movement of type parts "bush" by ERSWW of outer surfaces in a single layer, that allows to make a decision on the feasibility and appropriateness of technology ERSWW during restoring of type parts "bush".

  • Caliper with a built-in marker

    The article describes the construction of a modern forest instrument for forest inventory operations. The equipment consists of a caliper and a built-in marking device. The developed construction allows conducting two operations simultaneously: determination of a trunk diameter and marking a measured tree trunk. The suggested construction leaves visual marks on measured tree trunks automatically, that allows avoiding doubling of measuring results.

  • A special device for winding coils of current transformers

  • Software of reliability technology process of centrifugal rotary finishing-hardening treatment

    In article reviewed advanced theoretical probability models of process quality formation quality of the surface layer in a centrifugal rotary process (CSO) details. Process CSO reviewed from the point of view reliability. Based on the results of theoretical studies were proposed the dependence of the influence of the main technological parameters centrifugal rotary finishing and strengthening treatment on the roughness of the processed surface, the depth of the hardened layer and the degree of hardening. Analysis of the technology processes CSO let to identify the factors exerting a dominant influence on the productivity and quality of processing. Conducted calculations of the influence the tolerances of the main quality parameters of the surface layer and technology modes centrifugal rotary processing of centrifugal rotary treatment on the magnitude of the coefficients offset instantaneous dispersion and stock accuracy which characterize the reliability of technological processes centrifugal rotary process. By results of calculations were constructed charts. Taking the presented methodology you can choose such a combination in choosing technological processes centrifugal rotary processing what will ensure the required quality of the workpiece.

  • Experimental evaluation of the anisotropy of the stiffness of the front bearing spindle assembly lathe

    Trend of modern development of machine tools lathe group is the use of multiple tool holders, multi-position turrets. This makes it necessary to determine the radial stiffness in the area of treatment in all possible directions of load. In this paper, we propose a method and a method of control stiffness spindles lathes using load device, which allows to determine the static radial stiffness of the spindle assembly when the direction of the vector load. The load device is a cylindrical mandrel with a conical shank. The mandrel is set in a tapered hole of tailstock quill. The angular position of the load lock device corresponds to the direction of the force. The principle of operation of the device is to provide a radial load on the spindle caused by the elastic deformation of the sliding mandrel load device stops the inner conical surface of the spindle. Mandrel previously spanned. This allows to estimate the radial load created by bending mandrel controlled indicator secured thereon. The dimensions of the mandrel are determined finite element modeling depending on the inner cone of the front end of the spindle and the required radial loads. For the experiment was selected eight positions mandrel: the direction of the force was varied by rotating the load device in the bushing at an angle of 45 degrees. According to the results of the experiment was built hodograph elastic displacement of the spindle. Analysis of the results showed that there is a significant change in the stiffness of the spindle bearings depending on the direction of the load, that is experimentally confirmed anisotropy stiffness bearing spindle assembly.

  • The main defects of case details of cars and ways of their elimination applied in car repair production

    Production of case details – the difficult technological process demanding providing with the expensive specialized equipment, high-precision gages and defining a product level of quality. In this regard, the nomenclature of new qualitative case details in the market is very limited. In designs of cars case details are present practically at any knot or the unit. For example, the case of a transmission, transfer case (at its existence) the block of DVS cylinders, cases of the main thing and wheel reducers, cases of hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, cases of distributing devices, brake cylinders and so on. In article the concept of a case detail is considered, influence of quality of production and technical condition of case details on providing a resource of cars is revealed. Main types of influences which influence case details in use of cars are listed. Classification of the main defects of case details of cars is given, and the most perspective ways of their elimination in car repair production are considered. The listed ways found rather broad application in car repair production, but with growth of scientifically technical progress, emergence of new materials and technologies need improvement and modernization. Improvement has to be directed on increase of ecological safety, material and resource economy, reliability of technological processes and quality of the received result.

  • Process optimization of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing with regard to their reliability

    The article presents the results of studies improve the reliability of technological processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing. The subject of research is the process of formation of process reliability finishing and strengthening centrifugal rotary processing (RF&S CRP) provides a rational combination of technological modes and characteristics of the work environment. The aim is to improve the efficiency and reliability of the processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing, taking into account factors regulated on the basis of the development of adequate theoretical models of complex processing. Sharpen the theoretical models of formation of indicators of the surface layer of machined parts: the extent and depth of hardening. A method for predicting the reliability of the analytical processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary process using the following indicators: the coefficient of dispersion instantaneous controlled parameter, coefficient of displacement controlled parameters and the accuracy of the safety factor of the process. It is found that the process RF&S CRP provides the required quality parameters of the workpiece surface during the processing within the tolerance values ​​of a certain range of changing process conditions and characteristics.

  • Triboelectric phenomena at metal-polymer friction contact and their dependence on temperature

    The research of triboelectrization of metal-polymeric contact has been conducted. It was based on the concept of surface states (SS), which represent energy levels on the surface and are the localization centers of the free charge carriers. Thus surface states on a metal are a boundary layer of a chemical compound formed by a metal with the atoms that are included into a composition of atmospheric gases or a polymer. Surface states on a polymer are connected with the fragments of polymeric molecules, appearing in the result of tribodestruction, by the radicals containing unpaired electrons. The investigation shows that a level of electrization of a composite polymer reduces if heteropolar polymers are brought together.

  • The device for galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of coverings on internal cylindrical surfaces of details of cars

    Sedimentation of electrodeposits with activation of a cathodic surface is in the flowing and contact way the most perspective way of restoration of internal cylindrical surfaces of details of cars. The existing devices for realization of this way have the merits and demerits, and can be therefore modernized and improved. On the basis of the analysis of the existing devices for galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of coverings the new design is offered, novelty and which advantages is confirmed with the patent Russian Federation for the invention. The device contains the top and lower flanges in which there are branch pipes for a supply and removal of electrolyte. Between flanges the processed detail with rubber laying is established. The received tight electrolytic cell is pulled together with vertical couplers between a bed and a clamping plate. In the lower flange on a vertical axis the activating head consisting of the krylchatka bearing on herself three levers with is established by the activating elements which are movably fixed on them. Axial movement of a krylchatka is limited to the removable motionless anode. Pressing of the activating elements to the processed surface is provided at the expense of the elastic shock-absorbers located in rectangular grooves of a krylchatka and influencing the lower shoulder of levers. Tokopodvod to a detail is carried out by means of the contact device fixed on a bed, and to the anode via the contact plug from a source of a direct current. Circulation of electrolyte is provided with the acidproof hydraulic pump. The offered design is simple in production and doesn't demand existence of the expensive specialized equipment. The operating procedure with the device and sequence of operations doesn't contradict technology of sedimentation of electrodeposits. In article the main advantages of the device in relation to existing in car repair production are opened and proved.
