Conceptual model of corporate interaction of serving public institutions

  In the article based on the analysis of corporate direction features with formal and informal (corporate) restrictions in civil service, two types of direction in the administrative sphere are found out. The first type of direction with formal restrictions is based upon marks oriented inside public institute, not outside. The second type of direction with informal restrictions is characterized by effective cooperation which has the features of partnership between the colleagues.
