Simulation of the construction process at the stage of pre-construction preparation
The implementation of any construction project is successful only when it is rational planning. At the stage of pre-construction preparation one of the main problems of planning are: the presence of order in the organization of pre-construction preparation, the presence of a modern design and the regulatory framework, the definition of the resource with the time factor, the definition of adequate duration and timing of the project. Selecting the most reliable method of determining the stage of pre-analysis, resource support of the construction process to a large extent affect the implementation of the project. In conditions of uncertainty are the most efficient flexible systems. The technique of construction and update of one of these systems is described in the article.
