Resource efficiency of implementation of regional investment projects in imperatives of economical and ecological development of the region
In article are offered ecologic-economic the mechanism of increase of resource efficiency of regional investment projects which includes the following stages: economical and ecological characteristics of natural and resource capacity of the region; social optimum level of anthropogenous loading; economic capacity of the region; investment appeal of types of economic activity. Functioning of this mechanism demands the certain providing consisting from: development of the regional scheme of the ecological network directed on support of monitoring of a condition of surrounding environment; identifications of depressive zones and priority types of development within regional systems; creation of advice center according to ecological information for information support of businessmen concerning influence of ecological factors on efficiency of their economic activity.
