  • The modeling as universal ability of living organism and its development in phylogenesis

    The author of this article suggests to consider modeling not only as a way of scientific knowledge, but also as the key live organisms function, that provide the interaction with environment and adaptation. As models various forms of irritability are represented. Development of forms of irritability in a phylogeny is analyzed. The thesis that development happened in the direction of formation of the multilevel organization of reaction models, to decrease a contribution of genetic determinants and increase a role of external factors and life experience in formation of behavior neuromodels, to extension of freedom, is based. The models of regulation of human behavior are represented as three-level. In process of transition from the lowest unconditional reflex level to the highest conscious level the role of the social environment as operating modeling factor is increasing. However the neurophysiological structures are remaining the material carrier of models at the individual level.

  • Intensification of the drying process of liquid distillery stillage in the apparatus with a fluidized bed of inert patticles

    The article presents a description of the possible approaches for the process of intensification of liquid distillery stillage drying in the apparatus with a fluidized bed of inert particles contains a description of some inhomogeneities arising in the study of the drying process in a fluidized bed. Presented the possibility of intensification of the drying process due to the specific interaction of flow of the drying agent and particles of inert.

  • Processes in technical systems as the basis and the goal of efficiency of tractor units

    The efficiency of tractor units (TU) is provided with the processes taking place in the machine set, considered as technical systems (TS). In order to develop theoretical understanding of the processes in the TS as the basis and purpose of repair and service impacts, presents the author's concept, based on the basic concepts of "processes in the TS", "the performers M and R", "technology M and R", "goal". Analysis of the fundamental concept of "processes in the TS" possible to identify four types of relations: order, conditioning, rigor and consistency. It is shown that the implementation of technology maintenance and repair should be carried out depending on the evaluation of the effectiveness of processes in the TS, detectable in the complex diagnosis. According to the degree of consistency of processes in the TS goals of maintenance and repair can be judged on perfection in the design of the machine part of its technical operation.

  • Modeling the characteristics of diagnostic means for assessing social - legal competencies students

    The article explains the possibility of using polytomous models to assess personality qualities that affect the social-legal competence of students. The input data were obtained with the help of the questionnaire ""Social-legal competence."" The characteristics of survey participants and indicators of questionnaires were calculated to assess their suitability for definition of the level of formation of social-legal competencies. The recommendations for finalizing of the questionnaire were made.

  • Implementation and experimental investigation of the control unit of actuators for autonomous marine vehicle "Neptune"

    The article discusses the design of microcontroller control unit for actuators of marine vehicle "Neptune". Functions of the control unit and its interconnections with the other functional elements of the vehicle is described. Emergency remote control mode is presented in details. Paper contains description of hardware and software implementation of the control unit. The efficiency of the proposed design is proved by the results of experiments in which authors measured dependencies between the parameters issued by the autopilot and the appropriate control signals applied to the actuators of autonomous vehicle.

  • Electronic structure and transport properties of graphene nanoribbons on the nitride aluminum: electric field effect

    The paper presents the results obtained after study of the effects produced by differently oriented electric fields upon the electronic structure and spin-polarized transport in 1D graphene channel placed on wide bandgap semiconductor of the А3В5 type. Ab initio calculations of total energy and band structure have been performed within the framework of the density functional theory using Grimme's DFT(PBE)-D2 scheme. It has been demonstrated that carrier mobility in a 1D semiconductor channel of the ZGNR/А3В5(0001) type may reach the values of (1.7-30.5).10^4 cm^2/Vs and can be controlled using electric field.

  • Bioethics as an institutional mechanism of social control of modern scientific knowledge

    The place and the role of bioethics in the system of social relations and interactions are shown in article. The bioethics as the formed social institute creates social mechanisms of ethical control of rapidly developing biotechnologies. Its syncretic and multilevel character gives the chance of "maneuver" in development of moral positions and adoptions of moral decisions not only in difficult situations of application of biomedical technologies, but also in certain sociocultural, medical contexts. The author comes to the conclusion that from the point of view of the social relations and interactions the bioethics corrects tension in relationship of science and society, axiological mechanisms of regulation of this tension, ethical mechanisms of realization of medical practice, defining the borders of a moral choice and moral responsibility, it acts as social control of modern scientific knowledge.

  • Oscillation of Massif, Located on the Elastic Foundation (Winkler Model)

    The article deals with self-induced and forced oscillations of the solid core massif on the elastic (Winkler) foundation. Perturbing forces are “inertial forces” of unstable equipment, established on the foundation-like massif. Taking into account some hypothesis, minor oscillations (reciprocal and torsion) across and relative to chief central inertion axis that are represented by the system of six differential equations. In the most general case natural vibration frequencies are regarded as solutions of septic determinants. The authors have worked out two particular cases that allow decreasing the order of determinants. In order to determine the frequency of oscillation of an external force “the disturbation forces” are represented in Fourier series. The article shows the results of numerical calculations for the simplest particular case of massif geometry.

  • Determination of the place and size of leaks on gas pipelines

Shows the main methods for determining the location of leaks, and proposed a mathematical model which can be used to find leaks in gas pipelines.   • Social models of medical care consumption in the context of healthcare institute transformation in Russia today

    The present paper is devoted to the problem of social modeling consumption of medical care in Russian society. Medical care consumption is analyzed as dynamic interaction of different variables, the interaction of actors in the medical system in a social context. The aim of this article is to reconstruct ideal types of medical behaviour on the theoretical level. The author comes to the conclusion about the determination of medical care consumption models by socio-economic transformation of Russian society at the turn of the century.

  • Development of a linear acceleration sensor with two axes of sensitivity behavioral model to modeling in MatLab software package Simulink environment

    The work is devoted to the synthesis of a linear acceleration sensor with two axes of sensitivity behavioral model based on the mathematical model of this device in the differential equations form using MatLab software package Simulink environment. The results of the dynamics simulation of the synthesized behavioral sensor model in the form of transient and spectral analysis of the system reaction are shown. The main idea of analysis is to study the frequency parameters and damping properties of the object. The experiment has identified high quality factor of the oscillatory system, due to small damping, it is reflected by the slow decay of transient and pronounced resonances.

  • Using a modified method of Hakimi in problems of redistribution of forces and means in the area of emergency situations

    The article emphasizes that every year the number of disasters and accidents is not reduced. Accidents and disasters killed a significant number of people. In order to reduce the deaths of many people and arrival in the emergency zone emergency rescue units as quickly as possible it is necessary to calculate the maximum possible path entrance to the emergency area. This should be done not only just the calculation of distances, but also to be taken into account dynamically changing environment in the emergency area. In accordance with this article proposed a modified method Hakimi, which will allow to solve this problem quickly and at lower cost.

  • Effect of X-ray amorphous phases stoneware on the strength properties of porcelain gres tiles

    The article discusses the dependence of mechanical flexural strength porcelain stoneware on the content and type of phases composing his ceramic body. It was found that the high strength characteristics of products is achieved by increasing the amount of content of crystalline phases and glass phase. An increase in the number of metakaolinite consisting stoneware contrary, leads to a reduction in its strength.

  • The influence of deep energy levels on the gas sensitivity's coefficient of conductometric gas sensors

    A method of prognosis of gas sensitivity's coefficient of conductometric gas sensors with sensitive layer which is based on a semiconductor with deep energy levels in the fobidden zone was developed. As a result it was found out that deep energy levels can cause a significant increasing of gas sensitivity's coefficient as well as influence on the chemosorptive properties of sensitive layer.

  • Sodium hypochlorite for drinking water supply in rural areas: the project for regional power.

    Production of sodium hypochlorite as disinfectant agents to clean water, suitable to be deployed on the basis of a thermal power plant or nuclear power plant. Power plant-manufacturer GHN can profit from its implementation. The proposed scheme will facilitate rapid and efficient transfer of rural water supply in an environmentally and safer water treatment technology.

  • Expert group analyses of the factors significance using the method of pairwise comparison

    Nowdays expert assessments plays an important role in the fields of modern management system and scientific means of cognition for the use of decision formalized and complex industrial and organizational tasks. The article contains the complex methodology of expert group analyses the significance of factors developed by the author based on scientific and methodological material of existing methods and approaches in expert analysis. The developed technique includes the following steps: сreating expert questionnaire, choosing specialists and specifying preliminary number of experts, collection and processing of expert evaluations, determining the level of competence and agreement of the respondents, aggregation of expert opinions, determination of significant factors. The above steps of analysis detail considered in the paper and recommendations on the use of certain evaluation criteria are given.
