  • Comparison of the ecological compatibility of steel and plastic waste fittings

    The article describes a partial solution to the problem of disposing of waste plastic as their use in the manufacture of fiberglass reinforcement. The comparison of the calculation of the foundation slab reinforcement using the class A-500S and fiberglass reinforcement with a thickness of 300 mm plate. From calculations that by recycling the plastic in the manufacture of fiberglass reinforcement observed economic benefits for the producer (cost of fiberglass reinforcement with the same thickness of the foundation plate 3 times less than steel), as well as environmental benefit for the planet, as this will help reduce the amount of plastic waste without recycling.

  • Fibropenogipsobetonnye composites with the application of the pumice

    are given the results of studies of the fibropenogipsobetonnykh composites with the application of pumice. Are developed the compositions of gipsotsementoputstsolanovogo composite with the application of pumice, which make it possible to substantially reduce the expenditure of gypsum and to improve the characteristics of gypsum concrete. Is revealed the effect of foaming agent PB-2000 on the periods of gripping gypsum test. Are obtained the penogipsobetonnye composites on the basis of the gipsotsementoputstsolanovogo binding and synthetic foaming agent PB-2000. The developed compositions of the fibropenogipsobetonnykh composites with the application of pumice make it possible to reduce the expenditure of gypsum per 50 % with a simultaneous improvement in the physicomechanical properties of initial foam gypsum and a reduction in the prime cost of material due to the use of the local raw material

  • Analysis of influence of parameters of net of eventual elements on the results of selection of longitudinal armature in a monolithic girderless floor

    The results of numeral experiment you show that to split beamless slabs on finite elements without the use of absolutely rigid bodies true the following statement: with the increase of the size of the finite element area is required for calculating the reference valve As.2 is reduced. In all considered grids with the area of the transition from AЖТ to the plate in the form of triangles observed the effect of the increase required for the calculation of rebar on the distance from the face of the column, which in our opinion is illogical and difficult to explain. The creation of transition zones with finite elements having dimensions close to the size of the AЖТ leads to low results and can not be considered a good solution. The transition from AЖТ to the plate with a crushing grid to a size equal to half of the column cross-section gives results almost identical with the variant of splitting the plate into finite elements of size equal to the cross section of the column without the use of absolute rigid bodies. Given the complexity of the representation of junctions of columns with plate type 3хАЖТ practical importance is a variant of the partitioning plates (in the node pair with the column) on a square (close to square) finite elements, whose dimensions are equal to the cross section of the column.

  • The criterion for assessing the quality of repair work for electricity pilons of transmission line

    The article presents the quality assessment of repair work for electricity pilons of transmission line performed by the method of vibration diagnostics. The suggested criterion for assessing the quality of the repair is relative adhesion of repair layers to the base of the stand. Modeling of structural oscillations strut mount, transmission lines and calculations in the finite-element complex Ansys. The dependence of the parameters own frequency of fluctuations of the value of damage at different values of the space adhesion. The resulting equations based on changes in natural frequencies on the magnitude of adhesion. The calculation of the relative adhesion of the repair composition to the concrete model of the design. The material presented can be used for assessing the quality of repair work of different structures of the core type reinforced concrete structures.

  • The study of mass loss of cement systems under compression

    The article deals with the effect of force compression of cement stone on the magnitude of mass loss in differential thermal analysis. Theoretical aspects concerning the issues of qualitative change in the state of the liquid phase in a cement stone under load are discussed. Changes in adsorption and chemically bound water were studied by varying the water-cement ratio, the sample size, and the type of cement used. The value of the applied load was taken as the experiment constant.The data obtained show an increase in the total mass loss in compressed samples in 87% of the experiments. This fact may indicate a qualitative change in the form of water bonds in the structure, as well as take into account the influence of the factors under consideration on this process.

  • Evaluation of heat transfer parameters in the device with the fluidizing nozzle for efficient use of the heat potential gas aspiration systems of construction industry

    The article is devoted to the improvement of heat exchangers for use of secondary heat potential gas-flow aspiration schemes in the construction industry. The use of waste heat from the thermal processing equipment raw materials and products can save the amount of fuel burned in the whole cycle of thermal power enterprises. It was researched and proposed improving of design and development of new heat-saving device for the effective use of secondary heat energy resources of hot gases’ emission of aspiration schemes at building industry. There is presented some results of a study of the heat transfer parameters in the proposed design device with fluidized bed of granular material as a the form of nozzle in this article. It was obtained and observed the regression relations for a few fluidized bed of granular material in the form of pellets, granules in the general kind of one’s. The design of the fluidized bed heat exchanger for efficient use (recycling) secondary heat and mass exchanging devices and determine the heat transfer coefficients in the range of effective modes of operation for use in aspiration schemes at building enterprises. There is presented the result of the executed experimental research and modeling in the form of generalized regression dependence for the the Nusselt criterion relations to determine the heat transfer coefficient from the particles to the solid tube’ wall where water is circulated inside within the fluidized bed granules in this article. It’s and to be heated in proposed. Efficient use of resources through the secondary heat from waste is also one of the most effective ways to implement measures to reduce thermal pollution and improve the environmental safety of the construction industry as a whole. Modernization of technologies and devices, providing a more efficient use of heat and energy resources and heat pollution of environment simultaneously, is an important task of innovative development and transformation of the industry construction and country. It was mentioned the some recommendations for proposed device’ use in the construction industry.

  • Influence of polymer fiber on the mechanical properties of geopolymer mortar

    The paper describes influence of content of dispersed polymer fiber on mechanical properties of mortar on basis of geopolymer binder. The studies were carried out on a geopolymer binder based on crushed granite and ground-granulated blast-furnace slag . Polypropylene fiber with length of 6 mm at a dosage of 0.22, 0.44 and 0.66% by volume was used as a reinforcing fiber. Dependencies were established for the compressive strength, flexural strength, fracture energy, and density from the dosage of the fiber at various times of hardening. It was established that fiber increases flexural strength and tensile strength of geopolymer mortar. It was shown that investigated fiber is characterized by high resistance to alkaline environment of the geopolymeric stone

  • High-strength concretes with high volume fly ash of Kansk-Achinsk brown coal basin

    Strength properties of high-strength concrete on the basis of a mixture of high-calcium ash and cement crushed to a specific surface of 600 m2 / kg in the presence of a superplasticizer were investigated. It was established that at the initial stages of hardening of the binder, its strength strongly depends on the dosage of fly ash and it depends little on the water/binder ratio. After 28 days of hardening, the strength of concrete, depends more on the water-binder ratio, rather than on the ash content of the cement-ash binder. There was concluded that minerals of fly ash affect on strength of the cement-ash binder in later periods, and at the initial stages, its hardening is provided by hydration of the cement clinker. It was established that in high-strength concretes was no decrease in strength in later periods when using finely grinding ash containing a significant amount of free CaO.

  • Modeling of heat exchanger with pseudo origemail attachment systems for the construction industry

    The article is devoted to the problem of modeling heat exchangers with fluidized packing of disperse material whenшы used in aspiration schemes at construction industry enterprises. Innovative transformation of industry and construction industry is associated with the most complete and effective use of thermal, energy potentials including low-potential secondary resources. The use of waste gas heat from equipment during thermal processing of raw materials and products, and ejecting in aspiration schemes, allows to reduce the specific consumption of fuel burned per unit of output production by the construction industry enterprises. There is presented an approach to modeling and calculation of heat transfer in the apparatus of the proposed design with a nozzle in the form of a fluidized bed of granules of a dispersed material in this article. There is presented the result of the executed experimental research and modeling in the form of generalized regression dependence for the the Nusselt criteria relations to determine the heat transfer coefficient from the particles to the solid tube’ wall where water is circulated inside within the fluidized bed granules in this article.   • Germicidal air treatment in ventilation systems of Orthodox churches

    One of the most important systems for ensuring the required air quality in Orthodox churches is the ventilation system. Mechanical ventilation is getting contaminated during operation. The air, passing through the air ducts, contains dust particles, including pathogenic bacteria. To prevent bacteria from multiplying in the ventilation system, bactericidal filters must be used. Halls of Orthodox churches belong to public buildings with a large crowd of people with a long stay. Such premises require a bactericidal efficiency of at least 90%. For the ventilation systems of the church of St. Theophan the Recluse, the authors proposed and implemented a device for bactericidal air treatment using ultraviolet radiation. The bactericidal effectiveness of this device was 92%, which is higher than required. The authors recommend using the proposed device for public buildings.

  • Recommendations on the selection of bearing parts in order to increase the service life of a bridge structure

    One of the most important elements of the bridge, from which the service life of this structure directly depends, is the supporting part. It provides the movement and rotation of span structures, as well as the transfer of all loads from the forces acting on them to the supports. The task of the designer is to select such support parts, that could be allowed maximum reducing of the forces, acting at the ends of the beams and having a minimum resistance to their free movement. It is necessary in each case to select the support part, which will most closely meet the requirements. To solve this problem, the author structured and tabulated the kinds of support parts. And also an analysis of the main characteristics of some of them.

  • Assessment of the influence of water-cement ratio on the strength of concrete with activated cement

    Cement is the main building material, which is an inorganic artificial binder. The popularity of cement is due to its properties, which are unique to it, namely: cement is gaining strength even in wet conditions. The most common cement is concrete cement. From the water-cement ratio of concrete mix depends first of all the strength of hardened concrete. The theoretical aspect of the issue of dependence of the water-cement ratio on strength is considered in the article. A number of experiments were performed, taking into account the experience of other researchers with the aim of determining the reliability of data, obtained earlier. The results obtained during the experiment confirmed that the increase in water-cement leads to a decrease in the strength of the cement stone.

  • On one method of shaping constructive networks of polytopic inconspicuous domes

    A method for the formation of spatial configurations in the form of semiregular polyhedra is described. The algorithm of geometrical calculation allowing to determine the coordinates of nodes of constructive networks of polyhedral hemispherical domes, edge lengths, and the size of triangular faces is given. Spatial configurations in the form of 20-, 80-, 320-, and 1280-grannikov were obtained. The results are illustrated by two projections of the above-mentioned polyhedra. Geometrical schemes of sectorial parts of hemispherical domes on cutting of 320- and 1280-grannikov with designation of typical units and triangular panels are given.
