  • Simulation and experimental study of the in-phase ring power splitter

A simulation and experimental study of the ring-shaped power divider in the frequency range 2-4 GHz. The simulation was carried out in the application package Microwave Office. The experiment was conducted on a model made on the sheet textolite PT-3 with a thickness of 2 mm. Four frequency dependencies of the transmission coefficient S21 and S31 are given as simulation and experiment results.

  • Directional coupler on ferrite rings

A simulation and experimental study of a directional coupler with transformers on ferrite rings has been carried out. The operating frequency range is from 100 to 500 MHz. The directional coupler was modeled in the Microwave Office application package. An experimental study was carried out using a vector analyzer of the type "Overview-103". The frequency dependences of the working attenuation and transient attenuation are obtained. The directional coupler can be used in transmitting and measuring technology.

  • Experimental study of the passage detector

The scheme and design of the detector operating in the range of operating frequencies from at least 1 to 1250 MHz are described. An experimental study of the frequency dependence of the voltage sensitivity B_u, as well as the amplitude characteristic at four frequencies. It is shown that the detector has a high frequency response uniformity and can be used in measuring and receiving-transmitting equipment.

  • A study of the directional coupler on the associated strip lines

A study of the directional coupler range 1-4GHz. The description of the construction on a symmetrical strip line with a lateral connection is given. The amplitude-frequency characteristics were simulated using the Microwave Office package. The model of the directional coupler is experimentally investigated, the following results are obtained: the working attenuation does not exceed 1.7 dB, the transient attenuation does not exceed 10 dB.

  • The power divider based on 4 slavnogo quadrature bridge

The article studies the power divider of 10-centimeter range. A description of the scheme and design of the power divider on the air-strip transmission line. The analysis of the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the power divider in the forward and lateral shoulders with the help of the Microwave Office package is carried out. The model of the power divider is experimentally studied, the following results are obtained: in the band from 2.4 to 3.7 GHz, losses do not exceed 4.3 dB, and the unevenness does not exceed 1.7 dB.
