The article deals with the approach to synchronization of different models of atomic architecture segments, based ontology. Development of ontology create a single conceptual system and conduct a computer analysis of the current enterprise architecture state with Protégé. Thus, it is possible to obtain relevant knowledge about the enterprise for developing the best solution for the nuclear industry enterprise. The following methods are used in the work: methods of business analysis, Architecture Method Development and ontology.
