  • The main directions of solving personnel problems in the sphere of housing and communal services

    The article analyzes the main problems of human enterprises of housing and communal services, as well as their causes. To solve these problems is proposed to use marketing personnel identified ways to calculate the qualitative and quantitative personnel needs. Marketing personnel will provide housing and communal services with quality, highly skilled workforce, to promote the establishment of appropriate working conditions that encourage productive activity, to motivate staff and new attitude to work in the system of housing and communal services. One of the most important areas of marketing staff is to determine the qualitative and quantitative personnel needs. The article presents the basic methods of calculation needs. Knowing this figure will allow the organization to calculate the cost of acquisition and further use of staff to determine the best way to cover the needs and sources.
