The paper is concerned with development of calculation procedure of residual forming of type parts "bush" by electric resistance surfacing with a wire (ERSWW) using the finite element method (FEM) based on the theory of non-isothermal plastic flow. The adequacy of the design model is confirmed by the experimental data. The developed calculation procedure of residual forming allows to predict the possible axial and radial movement of type parts "bush" by ERSWW of outer surfaces in a single layer, that allows to make a decision on the feasibility and appropriateness of technology ERSWW during restoring of type parts "bush".

In this paper, taking into account the interactions of the layered conductive lubricant with a solid support surface is given by the method of calculation of the radial sliding bearing with the increased bearing capacity. Here, based on the Navier-Stokes equations, the equation of continuity and the Lame equation for the case of a "thin layer" provides a method of generating an exact self-similar solution to the problem. The problem solution is resulted in identifying the velocity and pressure field in the lubricating layer and subsequently found analytical expressions for the basic performance of the bearing. The estimation of the complex parameters that characterize different aspects of tribosystem, such as the parameter characterizing the layered nature of the lubricant; the supporting surface adapted profile; conductive properties of the lubricant; the electric field and the magnetic induction on the basic performance characteristics of the radial bearing.

The article describes the construction of a modern forest instrument for forest inventory operations. The equipment consists of a caliper and a built-in marking device. The developed construction allows conducting two operations simultaneously: determination of a trunk diameter and marking a measured tree trunk. The suggested construction leaves visual marks on measured tree trunks automatically, that allows avoiding doubling of measuring results.

An important direction for sustainable development of domestic production is a complex use of wood resources. In Russia there is a large amount of wood resources. Waste is generated at all stages of logging and woodworking processes. Researchers estimate in the Russian Federation annually produces about 35.5 million m3 of wood waste. Wastes produced by various physico-chemical, size, quality and other characteristics. Range of directions of development of waste from the activities of the forest industry is also great. Depending on the type of wood waste can be used in different directions of the domestic industry. The increasing use of waste wood resources is the most important link in the development of policy, resource conservation, environmental management, environmental safety. In article results of development of the mechanism of management of efficiency of use of wood resources at the timber industry enterprises are offered. The article examines the existing methods for coupe demarcation and the ways of fixation of wood plots at an area for future logging works. A new method is suggested, based on using RFID-technologies. Fixation of borders in this method is realized using RFID-tags with recorded information placed into the ground. Using the suggested method will allow lowering the labour intensity of coupe demarcation, fixing of exact borders of a logging site at an area, eliminating logging works out of the bounds of cutting areas, etc.

Long-range building materials with possible complex of desired properties are silicate-natric adhesive-based composites. One of effective ways to increase silicate-natric composites water resistance is using of modifying compounds containing polyad metals ions (Zn2+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Al3+). This paper presents some patterns of silicate-natric composites structuring with ethanoate zinc as a water solution. There are results of X-ray phase analysis of silicate-natric composites sample. X-ray phase analysis (XPA) was held with diffractometer проводился на дифрактометре DXGP-4 using X-ray tube with anode copper (Сu-K излучение). For analyzing XRD patterns date base PCPDFWIN, v. 2.02, 1999, (JCPDS) was used. It is clear that as a result of sodium silicate and ethanoate zinc water solutions interaction in optimal range zinc salt is fully under alkaline hydrolysis. It is also highly likely that this interaction produces supplementary compounding sodium acetate, at the initial stage, and various forms of zinc orthosilicate and hydrooxyde, characterized as insoluble and low-soluble compounds respectively, that promotes water resistance increasing of studied composites, when low-baked (110°С). In terms of researches compounds of various profiles are developed and recommended (heat-isolating, heat-isolating-constructive, constructive) with high functional and operating characteristics).

In the article the method of automated analysis of polysomnographic (PSG) study is described designed to detect sleep event named "sleep spindle". PSG study by its origin is rather long (8-12 hours) and because of that automation of its analysis is an actual problem. In the text the process of processing and analysis of PSG study is described stage by stage. The algorithm can be divided in to the following stages: selection of the window size and offset value for FFT, detection of dominant frequency for each interval, building the distribution of dominant frequencies (histogram), selecting the frequency value from all frequency range that probably will match the sleep spindles frequency. Following this from the preliminary selected intervals with the known values of dominant frequencies the ones are chosen which are correspond to the value of sleep spindles frequency. The last stage is the control of the condition of event duration. The description of the algorithm is illustrated with the real recording illustrations for each step.

This article presents the results of comparative studies of the effectiveness of superplasticizers (SP) of different chemical nature in the flooring mixes. The mixes were prepared by using of blended binder based on Portland cement, alumina cement and gypsum. The effect of the type of superplasticizer and its dosage on the spreadability of the mixture, strength and shrinkage of building flooring mortar at different ages was investigated. It was found that all additives, with the exception of SP Sika Viscocrete 105P, characterized by rapid loss of fluidity of the mixture. The strength of the mortars does not depend on the type and dosage of additive at last age and strength decreases in mixes with additive of SP Melflux PP 100 F based on polyethylene glycol at early age. It was investigated the influence of the type and dosage of SP on the shrinkage of flooring mix on the basis of a blended binder. The received dependence is due to the relationship between the degree of dispergating of the cement suspension with different type of SP and shrinkage of binder stone.

The possibility of reducing logistic costs for transportation by solving the traveling salesman problem is considered. The algirythm for solving the problem using computational power of OpenOffice Calc's component "Solver" is suggested. On the basis of the proposed algorythm practical situatuion is solved and best route is formed. The conclusion about expediency of application of this method to solve practical problems is given.
