This article is devoted to reviewing of crusted composition, based on natural minerals: magnesium chloride (bischofite) and glauconite, as a method of providing an ecological and technical security at traffic areas. We consider the design of reusable electrodes for long-term ECG monitoring integrated into clothing. Investigated high and low frequency distortion introduced the proposed electrode system. The comparison with the standard disposable electrodes for Holter ECG monitoring. It is shown that the electrodes in the frequency band 0.5-40 Hz quality as disposable.

Now development of the administrative principles is directed on selection of the corresponding forms of total activity of employees of the investment and construction sphere. The methodology of a point of profitability shows, how many production the organization has to realize to refund the expenses. We offer model of management of integration in construction, using the mathematico-statistical analysis and considering calculation of a point of profitability. Here factors – receptor, administrative and effector take place. In experience information of the construction enterprises of Rostov-on-Don was used. The profit after introduction of innovations grows quicker, than before their introduction since the point of profitability decreases after calculation of the organization for invested in innovations. On examples the criterion of expediency of merge of the construction organizations – the carried-out amount of works is shown. On the basis of this criterion it is possible to solve a problem of streamlining of operations in construction systems by integration of information space of organizational and technological, economic and other applied systems.

Estimates by the Finnish experts of prospects of introduction of a visa-free regime of Russia with Finland are considered. Estimates of its influence on business life of Finland are given. Reviews the basic content of the service for military purposes, as a separate type of services aimed at ensuring the military security of the state and playing a considerable role in both the military and civilian sectors of the economy. Based on the analysis of normative-legal documents of the Federal level proposed a definition of the services of military purpose. Classification of defense articles, defense services rendered under the state defense order in accordance with the modern paradigm of marketing services. In the article the author considers the problematic aspects and empirical complexities of the modern process of institutionalization of the market of countryside low-rise housing construction.
